"Those expecting to see evidence of an overall slowdown in commercial equipment finance activity - or a significant decline in portfolio performance - as a result of the mortgage crisis, rising energy and food prices or a general economic slowdown may be surprised by a report by the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association. Banks are becoming less willing to offer financing for small and newly established businesses. There are many government lending programs small businesses can turn to when looking for a loan if a traditional bank is unwilling to write the loan. However, these programs aren't always a good fit for small and new businesses that need the cash, because of the restrictions in place by the government. The criteria for such programs are also becoming more stringent in many cases requiring direct liens on the business owners' personal assets.

EnterTo's technological approach to eliminating spam allocates, in the background, unique email addresses to every email correspondent. Email from all these addresses ends up in the recipients single inbox and there is no need for a 'junk' email box. If a spam email is ever received via one of these email addresses that address is simply eliminated and the legitimate user of that address is allocated a new one. Email sent to eliminated addresses simply 'bounces' back to the sender as a non-existent address. There are no filters to manage or update and no 'false positives' or 'lost' emails. The industry's existing approach of filtering out spam into junk folders is swamped despite huge investments of human effort trying to keep spam filters up-to-date and working correctly. Users still have to check their 'junk' location for any false positives or else 'lose' emails. EnterTo has a far better solution - and it's free to private users - financially supported by ads at the bottom of the email.

E-mail spam, also known as "bulk e-mail" or "junk e-mail," involves nearly identical messages sent to numerous recipients by e-mail - the key aspects are that the email is unsolicited and is sent in bulk. E-mail spam grew exponentially to over 100 billion emails per day as of April 2008. Laws against spam have been sporadically implemented but haven't solved the problem which continues to frustrate and annoy e-mail users as it wasted their time. In cost terms lost US productivity reached $71 billion annually in 2007, $712 per employee, according to a study conducted by Nucleus Research Inc. With legal approaches unable to solve the problem the solution has been largely left to technology. Each method has strengths and weaknesses and each is controversial due to its weaknesses but all end up redirecting suspected spam to a 'junk' location. A July 2008 article in the Wall Street Journal reported that for one of their journalists, "some 46% of their 'junk' was legitimate messages that had been flagged as spam".

Atlanta, GA, September 11, 2008 -- Who: Manna Scholarship Fund was formed in 2007 as a 501(c)3 organization focused on filling the funding gap for individuals needing inpatient eating disorder treatment.

Why: Because the Health Insurance industry does not understand the significance of adequate eating disorders treatment, insurance policies will rarely cover the cost of successful inpatient treatment. This cost can be between $800-$2000 a day, with appropriate treatment ranging from 60-90 days, and often longer. This puts families of these sufferers in grave danger. Statistically, this illness is extremely significant because "anorexia has the highest premature fatality rate of any mental illness" (Sullivan, 1995). Without assistance, those in need of this type of inpatient treatment will have no other option but to pay the full price of treatment.

Being awarded a Scholarship from the Manna Fund provides the scholarship winner with:

· An active role in the choosing the treatment facility
· The opportunity to receive adequate, life-saving care
· Options to extended treatment that previously weren't available through the health insurance and/or to patients that have no inpatient benefits
· A greater chance of recovery due to access to the In-Patient services
· The opportunity to gain wholeness and in turn give back to others in need.

How: In order to provide adequate eating disorder treatment for those in need, Manna Scholarship Fund seeks to raise funds through many avenues, including in-kind donations, outreach programming that focuses on family investment (jewelry-making parties, bowling tournaments), corporate sponsorships, and grants. Manna Scholarship Fund has raised nearly $100,000 for scholarships in the past year and a half, supplying three individuals with the necessary inpatient treatment and reaching a hundred families through outreach. As the word has gotten out about the existence of this fund, scholarship application submission has sky-rocketed.

What/When: In order to contribute to this need, Manna Scholarship Fund is hosting a fundraising dinner "Manna in Motion" to promote the scholarship fund and to raise awareness of this great need to the public. This event will be held on Thursday, September 25th at the 1420 Room at 1420 Dunwoody Village Parkway, Dunwoody, Georgia.

At this event, guest speaker, Barbara Gaby of the Gaby Foundation, will discuss her journey through her own eating disorder as well as what it was like to be a part of a prominent family while enduring an eating disorder. Battery Electric Vehicles are traditional, battery-only cars that are charged exclusively by an external electric power source such as the grid or a home owner's solar panels. These vehicles include the Think city and Nissan Denke, the former available for sale in Europe and the latter to appear in America sometime after 2010.

Fortunes and careers are being wagered in this high stakes gamble to become the environmental vehicle leader of the 21st Century. Who will win with which technology is yet to be seen. The two companies will work together to develop more effective advertising metrics, attract non-traditional advertising partners to NBCU and incorporate self-service buying opportunities through the Google TV AdsT advertising platform.

The announcement was made today by Mike Pilot, President, NBC Universal Sales and Marketing and Tim Armstrong, Google's President of Advertising and Commerce, North America.

On the national level, NBCU will offer advertising time from several of its cable networks to Google's TV Ads platform. Inventory from Sci Fi, Oxygen, MSNBC, CNBC, Sleuth, and Chiller will be made available to Google in the coming months, with potential to expand onto other NBCU properties in the future. With the addition of NBC Universal inventory, advertisers using the Google TV Ads platform can reach NBCU Cable's national audience and gain access to viewership data at an unprecedented scale. With this data, advertisers can better understand what consumers are responding to and make real-time adjustments to their campaign to maximize their ROI.

"We're extremely pleased to join forces with Google on this effort, which will help us develop better accountability and ROI metrics for our advertisers and attract an entirely new group of clients to television advertising," said Pilot. NBCU will also gain access to the large base of advertisers using Google's AdWordsT online advertising program, many of whom are not currently television advertisers. The two companies will share in all ad revenue and explore innovative ways to expand the partnership in the future, including adapting the platform to add local inventory.

As part of their effort to help drive value for advertisers, NBCU and Google will also collaborate on a series of custom marketing and research projects using the Google TV Ads platform. Through its partnership with DISH Network, the Google TV Ads platform can report second-by-second set top box data allowing advertisers to measure viewership of their ads more precisely than ever before. The two companies will also take advantage of joint research that will help advertisers and agencies better understand their media mix and optimize their ad campaigns.

"ECH was promoted as an indirect play on growth in China and India," Dion said, "thanks to its natural resources-and for having a market that is less risky than it used to be, backed by a growing domestic economy." That, bulls say, may still be the case-at least in the long term.

LifeTreeT and LifeShadeT Solar Kit-Build Structures Offer Stylish Outdoor Living Space


LA JOLLA, Calif.-- September 01, 2008 --Envision Solar, the La Jolla, California based firm best known for its award-winning design of the Solar TreesT in Kyocera's landmark Solar GroveT, has expanded its product line of photovoltaic shade structures to include two "flat-pack" easy to install modular shade structures, each with eight solar panels providing 1.4 kilowatt of clean energy.

The LifeTreeT is a single post steel structure with a cantilevered canopy, and the LifeShadeT is a four-post structure made of Forestry Stewardship Council (FSC) certified sustainable wood. Both are an attractive and functional application of solar power that provides recreational shade, without a requirement for a complex and invasive rooftop installation. The structures are shipped in easy to assemble components and include solar power modules, micro-inverters, and access to an online real-time tracking system to monitor production of clean energy. The structures are anchored in post-holes by concrete, in much the same way that basketball hoops or flagpoles are installed, and a local electrician can connect the AC wiring from the structure to the house meter.

At a price point of $15,500 for the LifeShadeT and $18,500 for the LifeTreeT, these new products offer a lower cost solar power option for homeowners and businesses. Envision Solar designers have focused on modularity as an important goal, because it offers price efficiency and accessibility to clean energy to more people. CEO Robert Noble adds, "We are committed to massive retail deployment of this product in a flat-pack format for local assembly and installation."

In addition to their attractive design and low price, The LifeTreeT and LifeShadeT products offer state of the art technical features; they were designed specifically for photovoltaic modules made by Suntech, and both the LifeTreeT and the LifeShadeT are equipped with "micro-inverters" from Enphase Energy. Micro-inverters convert the energy from the sun into usable alternating current at each module, eliminating the need for a bulky inverter on the side of the building at the meter and making connection to the meter a less costly undertaking. Enphase Energy also offers online access to a real-time monitoring package so that owners can track their clean energy production.
